How much does it cost to book Glass Party Bus?

Is there a minimum booking time?

Yes. Standard Glass Party Bus reservations have a 3-hour minimum. Our Bar Hop Tour has a 2-hour minimum.

Do you require a deposit?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A $250 deposit is required to secure all reservations. Your remaining balance must be paid before departure and before your reservation start time.

When does my booking time start?

Accepted Answer

Your reservation begins at the exact time you booked — whether you're on the bus yet or not. For example, if your reservation is from 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM, your time begins at 8:00 PM and ends at 12:00 AM. Late arrivals do not extend the reservation time, so we recommend having your group ready before your scheduled start.

What happens if we go over our reserved time?

If additional time is available, your reservation may be extended in hourly increments. Additional time is subject to availability and additional fees must be paid. We recommend checking with your chauffeur or our team before your scheduled end time if you think you'll want to keep the night going.

How far in advance should we book?

As early as possible. Glass Party Bus is a one-of-one experience and popular dates can fill quickly — especially weekends, holidays, Rodeo season, prom and homecoming dates, major events and peak celebration seasons. Last-minute reservations may be available, but advance booking gives you the best chance of securing your preferred date and time.

Can I reschedule my reservation?

Yes. Reservations may be rescheduled subject to availability and the terms of your reservation. Contact our team as soon as possible if your plans change.

What makes Glass Party Bus different from a regular party bus?

Traditional party buses hide the party inside. Glass Party Bus puts the experience on display. The panoramic glass design connects you to the city around you while the lighting, music and atmosphere transform transportation into entertainment. You're not just taking Glass Party Bus to the event. Glass Party Bus is part of the event.

Do we have to have a destination?

Not at all. Some of our best nights have nowhere to be. You can plan destinations and stops, or simply book Glass Party Bus, choose your starting location and enjoy the ride.

Can we make multiple stops?

Yes. Unlimited stops can be included during your reserved time. Just remember: your reservation clock continues running throughout the booking, including time spent at stops. Plan your itinerary with your total reservation time in mind.

Do you offer pickup and drop-off service?

Accepted Answer

Glass Party Bus is not a traditional point-to-point pickup and drop-off service. Reservations are booked by time. Your experience begins at your scheduled reservation time and continues for the number of hours you've reserved. You can include destinations and unlimited stops during that time.

Can we play our own music?

Absolutely. You control the music. Passengers can connect to the sound system via Bluetooth, so have your playlist ready before you board.

Can we bring alcohol on board?

Yes. Glass Party Bus is BYOB. We do not sell alcohol. Anyone consuming alcoholic beverages must be 21 years of age or older.

Is food allowed?

No. Food and snacks are not allowed on board. We simply ask that you help us keep Glass Party Bus looking like Glass Party Bus.

Can we decorate the bus ourselves?

No. Self-installed decorations are not permitted. Glass Party Bus provides all decor. Our team handles the setup so the bus stays flawless and nothing damages the glass, lighting or interior.

Yes. Let us handle the setup. Decor packages are available for an additional fee and can be customized around your celebration. Contact our team for available options and pricing.

Are kids allowed?

Yes! Glass Party Bus is kid-friendly and can be booked for birthdays, family celebrations, prom, homecoming and other age-appropriate events. The dance pole is removable when needed.

What are your hours?

Glass Party Bus operates 24 hours a day by reservation. Early morning, afternoon, late night or after midnight — if the time is available, you can book it.

Where do you operate?

Glass Party Bus is based in Houston, Texas, but the experience isn't limited to Houston. We travel throughout Texas and can accommodate select out-of-state bookings. A travel fee applies when the pickup location or travel destination is outside Houston's 610 Loop. Travel fees are determined after we receive the full details of your reservation, including locations and itinerary.

Can we stand while the bus is moving?

For everyone's safety, guests should remain seated while the bus is traveling on the freeway or whenever your chauffeur instructs passengers to be seated. Safety always comes first.

Are there seat belts?

Accepted Answer

No. Glass Party Bus does not have passenger seat belts. Guests should follow all instructions from the chauffeur and remain seated whenever required for safe travel.

Is smoking allowed?

Accepted Answer

Cigarette smoking is not permitted inside Glass Party Bus. A $350 smoking fee will be charged if this policy is violated.

What happens if someone gets sick on the bus?

Accepted Answer

We understand that celebrations happen, but please party responsibly. A $250 vomit/cleaning fee will be charged when excessive cleaning is required due to a guest becoming sick inside the vehicle.

What happens if the bus is damaged during our reservation?

Accepted Answer

The person responsible for the reservation is also responsible for damage caused by members of their party. If damage occurs, it will be assessed after the reservation and the card on file may be charged for the cost of repair or replacement.

What happens if there's bad weather?

Accepted Answer

Glass Party Bus operates in normal weather conditions, including rain. Heavy rain alone is not considered inclement weather. If weather conditions become severe enough that operating the vehicle would put passengers, the chauffeur or the vehicle in danger, the reservation may be canceled. Any deposit refund related to a weather cancellation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Can I book Glass Party Bus for a photoshoot, music video or brand event?

Accepted Answer

Yes — and Glass Party Bus was made for the camera. Photoshoots, music videos, commercials, brand events, promotional appearances and similar bookings are considered activations rather than standard passenger reservations. Activation pricing is different from our regular hourly rates. Contact a Glass Party Bus team member directly to plan and price your activation.
